Pricing starts simple. Real accounts are scoped to fit.

Thora is a managed service, not a self-serve cloud SKU sheet. These are starting prices for the services we offer. Final cost varies based on project size, implementation complexity, usage, support needs, and the cloud or infrastructure chosen to host the work.

Starting prices, with honest scope notes.

Website hosting, AI usage, storage, managed infrastructure, and white-glove work can all live on one Thora account. We quote the actual setup before billing so the client knows what is fixed, what is usage-based, and what depends on the selected cloud provider.

What Thora offers today.

Use these as starting points. Client accounts are configured manually by Thora, and pricing can be adjusted per organization when the scope requires it.

Design & implementation

  • $25+ per revision job
  • Revision jobs cover page-scale changes
  • Batch edit requests for better value

Usage-based files

Databases, VMs, email

Managed services

Scopedmonthly quote

Managed databases, virtual machines, and business email are priced per client because provider fees, redundancy, mailbox count, and support requirements vary.

  • Managed databases
  • Virtual machines
  • Business email
  • Provider costs quoted separately

Fine print: final pricing varies by project size, implementation complexity, required support, traffic, storage usage, AI usage, compliance needs, and the cloud provider or infrastructure selected for hosting.

AI billing

No AI membership tiers. Usage is token-based.

AI Chat and AI Web Builder share the same usage model: $30 per 1 million tokens, counting both input and output. Thora manages backend model routing per client.

AI Chat

$30 / 1M tokens

Organization chat usage, including input and output tokens.

AI Web Builder

$30 / 1M tokens

Prompting, code generation, and site-editing agent work.

Model routing

Managed

Backend model choices are handled by Thora and configured per client.

Every account

Managed setup, transparent billing, no seat tax.

The service may be custom, but the billing principles stay readable.

Team members included

Invite the people who need access. Billing is tied to services, usage, and project work, not every user.

Manual client pricing

Admins can set service pricing per organization when storage rates, hosting, or managed work differ by client.

Usage visibility

Storage and AI usage are tracked so client billing can reflect what was actually used.

Cloud choice matters

Auto means Thora chooses the best fit. A requested provider can change cost depending on region, redundancy, and scale.

Setup controlled by Thora

Services are manually configured before use, which keeps client infrastructure intentional and supportable.

Support attached

Clients can request services and support from the app, while admins manage setup and pricing from the dashboard.

Billing FAQ

Questions about pricing, answered.

Are these final prices?
No. These are starting prices. Final cost varies by project size, implementation complexity, support needs, usage, and the cloud provider or infrastructure chosen to host the service.
Why do some services need a custom quote?
Some services depend heavily on the client setup. Databases, virtual machines, business email, complex websites, and high-availability hosting can have different provider costs and support requirements, so those are scoped before the account is finalized.
How is storage billed?
Storage starts at $0.06 per GB per month based on the amount stored. Larger or custom accounts can have manually set client-specific pricing.
How are AI services billed?
AI Chat and AI Web Builder are billed at $30 per 1 million tokens, counting both tokens sent to the model and tokens generated back. Hosting, storage, or white-glove implementation work connected to an AI-built website can be billed separately.
How does White Glove Service billing work?
White Glove Service starts at $175 per hour, plus revision jobs starting at $25 each. A revision job is meant for page-scale changes, such as redesigning an entire page or adding a new page. Smaller edits are usually best batched together so you get more value from each revision job.
Do you still offer AI Lite, Plus, and Pro tiers?
No. AI services now use fixed backend model routing with usage billed at $30 per 1 million input plus output tokens. This keeps billing simpler and lets Thora choose the right model path for the job.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Team members are included. You pay for the services, usage, hosting, and implementation work your organization uses, not for every login.
Can the client choose the cloud provider?
Yes. A client can request a specific cloud or choose Auto, which means Thora will select the infrastructure based on the account's needs. Provider choice can change the final monthly price.
